4. Design Process and Revisions

Initial Consultation: Understanding your preferences, style, budget, and project scope.
Concept Development: Creation of design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, or 3D renderings.
Revisions: Revisions are included in the scope of work within reasonable limits. Additional revisions beyond what is specified in the service agreement may result in extra charges.
5. Project Timeline
We work diligently to meet project deadlines, but timelines may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability, contractor schedules, or other external conditions. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly, and adjustments to the timeline will be made in good faith.
6. Fees and Payment Terms

8. Ownership of Design Work

Cancellation by Vantage Bespoke Interiors: We reserve the right to terminate our services if you fail to fulfill your obligations, including timely payments or necessary approvals. In such cases, any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds will only be provided for services or products not rendered, in accordance with applicable laws and the specific terms of the service agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vantage Bespoke Interiors will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide services to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that the final design will meet all your expectations. Design is subjective, and while we will work closely with you to understand your preferences, the final outcome may differ from initial concepts due to various factors.
All products procured on your behalf are subject to the manufacturer's or vendor's warranty. Vantage Bespoke Interiors does not provide any additional warranties for products or services.
12. Third-Party Contractors
We may recommend or work with third-party contractors (e.g., painters, electricians, carpenters) to implement design work. While we will make recommendations, the client will enter into separate agreements with these contractors. 13. Governing Law
